Read Carefully before Submitting Your Songs
- You are encouraged to select at least one children’s song for praise time.
- We are now providing you the ability to submit a third praise time song.
- Please be sure that the total time for praise time does not exceed 15 minutes.
- If you use any song that is not in the Church Hymnal you must supply the lyrics EXACTLY AS YOU WILL SING THEM as an attachment at the end of the form.
- You are encouraged to select at least one children’s song for praise time.
- You may use this page for both submitting new information or making corrections to previous submissions. To make corrections, simply choose the “Correction to Previous Submission” option on the form.
