Music Coordinators

  • Populate the monthly music schedules in the Music Information spreadsheet.
  • Enter participants ahead of the month you are responsible for where possible.
  • Enter weekly music a minimum of one week (preferably two weeks or more) ahead of the current date.
  • Best practice:  Enter data as far ahead as you have it available since you can always come back and edit.

Choristers

  • Submit Praise Time, Opening, and Closing Songs
  • Enter music a minimum of one week (preferably two weeks or more) ahead of the current date.

Special Music

  • Submit song title and any audio-visual needs (e.g. additional participants, microphones, soundtracks)
  • Due weekly by Tuesday evening, although further ahead is encouraged.

Announcements and Event Requests

  • Use this for requesting announcements and items that do not require coordination and volunteers.

Special Events

  • Submit event requests.
  • Use this for requesting events that may require coordination and the support of others.
  • Due as soon as basic event dates and basic requirements are known.

Speakers and Elders

Elders of the Month

  • Submit platform information to the church office
  • Inform the speaker for each week that it is their responsibility to choose a closing hymn
  • Inform children’s story presenters to submit any pictures or other materials they might want for their story.
